House in Andratx
This house is situated in an enviable clifftop location. The owners envisioned it as "Zen-minimalist, colorful in the style of Barragán, with Moorish influences and, of course, Mediterranean, but not Provençal."
The house, the result of a renovation of a building constructed before the Coastal Law, has almost 600 square meters and comprises a main structure and several annexes.
The infinity pool, which seems to stretch to the horizon, is a striking feature, designed to visually enlarge the terrace and patio. The wooden decking complements the perimeter fences and the large sliding latticework screens that enclose the entire space.
For this project, a unique CL W cedar slat with a trapezoidal section of approximately 30 x 45 x 15 mm is created.
