CL W 35 Thermopine

Description

Gradpanel CL W 35 Thermopine Series louvers are made up of fixed, square-section wooden slats measuring 35x35 mm.

Manufactured from finger-jointed, heat-treated pine with a pre-applied clear stain, they add high aesthetic value, warmth, and elegance to the building's facade. At the same time, they contribute to interior comfort, creating a consistent look from both the inside and outside of the building.

CL W 35 louvers offer the possibility of creating configurable solutions by alternating slats from the same CL W series. Their application to walls allows for a seamless arrangement of the slats with butt joints.

All the wooden slats we use come from protected and sustainably managed forests certified by PEFC.

Sliding Lattice Systems of movable panels, horizontally displaceable by guide rails located inside or outside the facades, formed by leaves with visible frames with hardware and bearings for their movement with solar protection of adjustable or fixed slats.

4.Energy efficiency

At Gradhermetic we create strategies that increase energy efficiency, we make optimal use of different systems for the protection of strong solar radiation, generating natural ventilation, and thus avoiding high energy consumption due to the inappropriate use of artificial cooling.

IN WINTER: The regulation of the slats allows to reduce the consumption in heating, since during the day with the opening of the slats we increase the capture of solar energy into the building. During the night, with the closing of slats we help to maintain the interior temperature.

In SUMMER: The strategy must change, orienting the slats in such a way that they prevent the passage of solar rays into the interior of the building, allowing to maintain a pleasant room temperature and achieving substantial savings in air conditioning. During the night, the opening of louvers and windows allows air circulation, again reducing the need for air conditioning.

Accionamiento a Motor: En aplicaciones Corredero y Levadizo. Accionamiento de orientación automática de lamas con operador visto (motor Lineal) o con operador oculto (motor tubular), dependiendo del tipo de lamas y marco a utilizar, con un punto de mando individual para gestionar la maniobra o con posibilidad de mando general. Nuestros sistemas son adaptables para los diferentes lenguajes domótico. Las funciones de utilización de los diferentes automatismos se describen en las instrucciones y advertencias del fabricante.

Accionamiento a Motor Solar: accionamiento de orientación automática de lamas con operador oculto (motor tubular) impulsado por energía solar, motor de bajo consumo y batería de larga duración alimentada por células fotovoltaicas que ofrecen una autonomía infinita en toda clase de climas. Controla de forma automática la carga y fuerza aplicada al sistema de lamas, con mando para gestionar la maniobra inalámbrico con tecnología Wirefree. Las funciones de utilización de los automatismos se describen en las instrucciones y advertencias del fabricante.

Accionamiento Manual: accionamiento de orientación manual de lamas para la gestión de la maniobra con diferentes posibilidades de mandos (pomo, palanca, gatillo, manivela, cardan, cilindro lineal y teleflex) dependiendo del tipo de lamas y marco a utilizar.
