Viviendas IDRIS

Located on Paseo Marítimo Pablo Ruiz Picasso, on the corner of Calle Idris, this exclusive residential building enjoys a truly unique setting on the beachfront in Málaga. The project, promoted by IDRIS BLUE SEA, S.L. and designed by 969 Arquitectos, comprises only four dwellings, conceived as unique homes where architecture, surroundings and materiality engage in direct dialogue with the Mediterranean.

The architectural proposal stands out for its carefully designed façade, where wood takes on a leading role as both an identity feature and a solar protection element. For this project, the Gradpanel CL W 35 THERMOPINE louvre system was installed.

The façade combines sliding-pivoting systems with fixed panels, integrating 35x35 mm Thermopine timber slats that bring rhythm, depth and texture to the overall composition. This solution allows natural light to be modulated, solar radiation to be controlled and privacy to be ensured, without compromising the open sea views.

The result is a dynamic and elegant façade that combines efficiency, comfort and design, turning the louvres into a key architectural element within the project’s identity.
