A detached single-family home on one of the most exclusive plots in Denia, with elevated views of La Marineta Casiana beach and the port of Denia, adjacent to Las Rotas beach. Due to its location, it was a very complex project to execute, taking more than two years to build.
The Brise Soleil Vertical Retractable system is located in the barbecue and paella area. To frame the Mediterranean Sea view and control the amount of sunlight, a receiver was installed to integrate it with the home's automation system.
Signar, the company responsible for all the exterior carpentry work, contracted Gradhermetic at the client's request for the supply and installation of the Vertical Retractable system.
Gradhermetic supplied and installed the module, and Signar completed the installation with matching lacquered sheet metal trim and an interior glass railing, seamlessly integrating the Vertical Retractable system.
