The ability to space the slats further apart, as required by the project, helps reduce the overall cost. Installation of frames with pre-assembled slats is available for all possible applications.

 

Applications:

 

Shutter systems in a Facing Application for covering buildings by means of ventilated façades or curtain walls, made with continual slat solar protection, which can be either moveable or fixed with the possibility of different inclinations. They are fixed with either hidden joist supports or wall studs.

Shutter systems in a Fixed Application for panels placed in gaps or for façade coverings. They have visible wall studs or between visible frames with either adjustable or fixed solar protection slats.

Shutter systems in a Sliding Application of mobile panels, which slide horizontally along guide rails located on either the inside or outside of the façades. They are made up of panels with visible frames and fittings, use ball bearings to aid displacement, and have adjustable or fixed solar protection slats.

Shutter systems in a Pivoting Application of adjustable panels which pivot on a vertical axis close to the far edge of the panel. They are made up of panels with visible frames, pivoting fittings for displacement, and adjustable or fixed solar protection slats.

Shutter systems in a Projectable Application of moveable panels which are hinged on the upper edge of the frame and have external projection. They are made up of panels with visible frames, projectable fittings for displacement, and adjustable or fixed solar protection slats.

Shutter systems in a Retractable Application of two moveable panels joined together vertically; one panel has a fixed vertical axis and the other has vertical axis which moves horizontally along a guide rail. Both panels are made up of visible frames which are linked together using hinges with pivoting fittings and ball bearings for horizontal movement, and they have adjustable or fixed solar protection slats.

They are made up of two panels with visible frames joined together using hinges with compensator fittings, ball bearings for vertical displacement, and have adjustable or fixed solar protection slats.

Types and definitions:

 

Motorized Operation: For sliding and lift applications. Automatic louver orientation is controlled with a visible operator (linear motor) or a concealed operator (tubular motor), depending on the type of louvers and frame used. Individual control points are available for managing the operation, or a central control system is also possible. Our systems are compatible with various home automation platforms. The operating functions of the different automation systems are described in the manufacturer's instructions and warnings.

Solar Motor Drive: Automatic louver operation with concealed motor (tubular motor) powered by solar energy, featuring a low-consumption motor and a long-life battery powered by photovoltaic cells, offering unlimited autonomy in all climates. It automatically controls the load and force applied to the louver system, with a wireless remote control using Wirefree technology. The operating functions of the automation system are described in the manufacturer's instructions and warnings.

Manual Operation: Manual slat orientation control for managing the operation with different control options (knob, lever, trigger, crank, cardan shaft, linear cylinder, and teleflex) depending on the type of slats and frame used. ​

• WINTER: Adjusting the louvers reduces heating consumption. During the day, opening the louvers increases the amount of solar energy captured inside the building. At night, closing the louvers helps maintain the interior temperature.
• SUMMER: The strategy changes. The louvers are oriented to block sunlight from entering the building, maintaining a comfortable ambient temperature and achieving substantial savings on air conditioning. At night, opening the louvers and windows allows for air circulation, again reducing the need for air conditioning.
