Description

Fixed slat from the rectangular section made with extruded aluminium, of size 80x15 mm, lacquered and heat-strengthened with powder painting system or anodised aluminium, and installed with different separations in a wall stud or in an extruded aluminium frame.

Applications:

Shutter systems in a Facing Application for covering buildings by means of ventilated façades or curtain walls, made with continual slat solar protection, which can be either moveable or fixed with the possibility of different inclinations. They are fixed with either hidden joist supports or wall studs.

Shutter systems in a Fixed Application for panels placed in gaps or for façade coverings. They have visible wall studs or between visible frames with either adjustable or fixed solar protection slats.

Shutter systems in a Sliding Application of mobile panels, which slide horizontally along guide rails located on either the inside or outside of the façades. They are made up of panels with visible frames and fittings, use ball bearings to aid displacement, and have adjustable or fixed solar protection slats.

Shutter systems in a Projectable Application of moveable panels which are hinged on the upper edge of the frame and have external projection. They are made up of panels with visible frames, projectable fittings for displacement, and adjustable or fixed solar protection slats.

Shutter systems in a Folding Application of two moveable panels which are linked together horizontally. They are practicable and upwards displaceable along guide rails. They are made up of two panels with visible frames joined together using hinges with compensator fittings, ball bearings for vertical displacement, and have adjustable or fixed solar protection slats.

En Gradhermetic creamos estrategias que aumentan la eficiencia energética, hacemos uso óptimo de los diferentes sistemas para la protección de la fuerte radiación solar, generando ventilación natural, y evitando así un gran consumo de energía por el uso inapropiado de refrigeración artificial.

En INVIERNO: La regulación de las lamas permite disminuir el consumo en calefacción, ya que durante el día con la apertura de lamas aumentamos la captación de energía solar hacia el interior del edificio. Durante la noche, con el cierre de lamas ayudamos a mantener la temperatura interior.

En VERANO: La estrategia debe cambiar, orientando las lamas de modo que impidan el paso de los rayos solares hacia el interior del edificio, permitiendo mantener una agradable temperatura ambiente y consiguiendo un sustancial ahorro en aire acondicionado. Durante la noche, la apertura de lamas y ventanas permite la circulación de aire, reduciendo otra vez las necesidades de aire acondicionado.
