Luxury apartment building in Ibiza designed by Jean Nouvel Ateliers in collaboration with Ribas & Ribas Architects.

The project consists of 107 apartments and is considered a debtor of traditional Mediterranean architecture, specifically thanks to its white facade resolved with flat and rectangular surfaces.

The architectural project, on the inside, encloses itself through a large courtyard, with the interior facade as the main protagonist thanks to the Gradhermetic lattices that act as a double skin and allow to regulate sunlight as well as to insulate the apartments in order to provide privacy to their occupants.

Although they can also be retracted so that the balconies allow the vision of the inner courtyard, where community life is enhanced.

In the design of the interior façade through the placement of three-meter high racks with E 77 slats, they were specifically designed with a size and a straight cut with overlap reminiscent of the traditional Mallorcan island.

The material chosen in this case by the architecture studio was the Gradpanel Serie E 77 lattices.
