Execution, project management for restructuring and refurbishment project of a 25 luxury homes bioclimatic building, carried out by Tasvalor Arquitectura S.A. for Excem Homes residential promoter.

The result, according to Excem's website, is a building with "design architecture, bioclimatic and ecological mobility elements".

Fuencarral 142 building is formed by 10 floors, seven of which are for one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with or without terraces, and the other three are for garages and storage rooms. Residential complex also has a private rooftop terrace with an infinity-style swimming pool and communal areas such as a gymnasium and an events room.

Thanks to its location, on the corner of Gonzalo de Córdoba street and Fuencarral street, in Chamberí district, households receive an exceptional luminosity, although to control and regulate the amount of natural light that penetrates their interior, Fuencarral 142 facade is eqquiped with Brise Soleil BS 190 Series louvres from Gradhermetic.
