Renovation of the façade of the Club Ronda residential building

Located in Lleida, the renovation project of the façade of the Club Ronda building addresses the need to update the overall image and improve performance in terms of comfort and efficiency. The intervention, developed by the architecture studio of Núria Álvarez Vidal, is based on a comprehensive solution that unifies aesthetics and functionality across the entire envelope.

The project combines the installation of Dherma 100 shutters in the façade openings with the execution of exterior cladding using the same slat, creating a continuous skin that provides architectural coherence and a renewed identity to the building. This integration helps blur the distinction between movable and fixed elements, achieving a uniform reading of the whole.

The use of the PH-D 100 system, which combines the performance of Phalsol PH series louvers with Dherma 100 slats, reinforces the contemporary character of the façade. The vertical modulation and repetitive rhythm of the slats add depth and dynamism, while optimizing solar control and privacy for the dwellings.

In total, more than 260 motorized shutters have been installed, along with over 1,000 m² of cladding executed with Dherma slats. This solution not only enhances the aesthetic perception of the building but also contributes to indoor comfort through efficient management of light and solar radiation, while incorporating automated systems that improve ease of use.

The result is a homogeneous, technological and elegant façade, where design and functionality work together to enhance the residential complex.
