Isolated single-family house designed by 969 architecutre studio, directed by Fernando Pérez del Pulgar Mancebo, Leopoldo González Jiménez and Juan Francisco Parrilla Sánchez.

This residential project, located within an exclusive urbanization, has awesome views to Mediterranean sea and over a golf Club very close to house location.

As architecture studio say on its website, "the program was arranged from three parallel bands, in two heights, in which areas were interspersed that illuminate and ventilate the different rooms", like a large yard in the central area and the living room, from where you can access to the extensive porch and private garden.

As an isolated house, receives abundant natural light throughout the day depending on solar orientation of each facade. To protect itself from this exposure, 969 Arquitectos entrusted Gradhermetic with installation of folding shutters with adjustable Gradstor 90 aluminum slats. This blinds ensure excellent levels of darkness and precise control of the amount of light received from outside.

In addition, they allow the possibility of combining more than one blind with the same remote control.
