Detached house designed by Grimaldi Nacht Arquitectos and located in Jose Ignacio, Uruguay. A fishing village with a lot of tourist attraction in recent years. 

The architectural studio, headed by Arturo J. Grimaldi and Leonardo M. Nacht, was assisted by Estudio Agustina Aguilar for the interior design of the house, Estudio Carolina Pedroni for the construction management and administration, as well as Amalia Robredo, Arturo Peruzzoti and Armando Stescovich for landscaping, lighting and structures respectively. 

With regard to the surroundings, the project is located in a practically virgin space that seeks natural light and the noise of the sea.
