Habitat Torremalilla is a private urbanization of 104 households with 1 to 4 bedrooms. It's located in new Valencia 's Malilla neighborhood. And it was designed by N.A.C Arquitectos architecture studio. 

This residential project has 20 floors. On the lower floor there are large green and common areas with access control, an area for bicycle parking, a swimming pool and a children's play area too. And it is between this same floor and the first where there are five commercial spaces.

The penthouses have large terraces that allow to enjoy spectacular views of the city, although this is not an impediment to the rest of the floors, which can also benefit from the views thanks to their large windows.
