Magic Concept

Magic Concept, located in Ñuñoa, is a residential project designed by Arquitectura Imagina team from chilean real estate company Imagina.

The project has 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with high quality finishes and common spaces designed under Design District concept, which "proposes a new form of solution for real estate projects in Chile".

According to the team: "it's located in a historical commune of the Metropolitan Region where neighborhood traditions are mixed with modernity, shops, services, gastronomy, culture and sport, in addition to the tranquility of a residential environment".

From Gradhermetic we appreciate their trust in us when they decided to cover building's community area with our Phalcel U 31. A metal ceiling with aluminium slats separation. A result both functional and decorative.

Furthermore, this false ceiling model is easily removable and allows permanent access to the facilities register.
